Changes to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be changed by the Company when required. We will do our best to notify Players of any significant changes by email. We also recommend that all Players check this page regularly for updates.
If any change is not acceptable to You, You may close Your Account and terminate these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of Your Account after a change notice has been posted will be treated as acceptance of that change.
Our failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions does not waive Our right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later date. No modifications, additions, or deletions to these Terms and Conditions are permitted or will be recognized by Us. No employee, officer, or agent of Ours may verbally alter or waive any provision.
Who Can Play
The Company accepts players only from countries and regions where online gambling is permitted by law. It is the Player’s sole responsibility to check the gambling laws and regulations of their jurisdiction before placing bets on the Website.
We accept only adult Players. The minimum age is 18, or the age set by the Player’s jurisdiction as the minimum for online gaming, whichever is higher. It is the Player’s sole responsibility to confirm the applicable age requirements in their jurisdiction.

Fees and Taxes

Game Rules
By accepting these Terms and Conditions You confirm that You know and understand the rules of the games offered on the Website. It is Your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the theoretical payout percentage of each game.
Disclaimer of Liabilities
By accepting these Terms and Conditions You acknowledge that gambling may result in losing money. We are not liable for any financial damage arising from Your use of the Website or Services.
We are not liable for hardware or software defects, unstable or lost internet connection, or any other technical issues that may limit access to the Website or interrupt play.
In the unlikely event that a wager is confirmed or a payment is processed in error, We reserve the right to cancel all affected wagers or correct the error by re-settling wagers at the correct terms that should have applied at the time of placement.
If We mistakenly credit Your Account with winnings that do not belong to You, for any reason including technical issues, errors in paytables, or human error, the amount remains Our property and will be deducted from Your Account. If You have already withdrawn incorrectly credited funds, that amount will constitute a debt owed by You to Us. You are required to notify Us immediately by email if You become aware of any incorrect crediting.
Before bets are accepted, the Company reserves the right to change, amend, decrease, increase, suspend, or cancel any odds displayed on the Website at any time and at its sole discretion. The only valid odds are those set in the Company’s software.
The Company reserves the right to limit or restrict specific bet combinations and their amounts, and to limit wager amounts placed by Players.
The Company will not be liable for bets placed where there are technical or mechanical errors in odds, totals, handicaps, or spreads displayed on the Website. The Company also accepts no liability in the following cases (this list is not exhaustive):
Acceptance of bets on events or markets that have been closed or suspended
Incorrect settlement amounts being calculated or credited
Bets placed by a Player on an event in which they are participating as a player, referee, coach, or similar
Bets placed on events where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fixing or unlawful manipulation
Bets placed where an incorrect price, player, team, market, or event has been displayed on the Website
Positions within one fixture that cannot be combined, in which case the position with lower odds will be cancelled
In the above cases, the Company reserves the right to cancel bets, withhold winnings, reclaim paid-out winnings, and modify odds accordingly.
If a pre-match bet is accidentally accepted after the relevant event or market has started, the bet will be settled as follows: if the event is offered as a live match, We may at Our sole discretion cancel the bet or treat it as validly placed at the modified price at the time it was placed, provided the outcome is not already known and no participant has gained a material advantage. If the event is not offered as a live match, We may cancel the bet or treat it as valid under the same conditions. In cases of obvious errors, bets may be cancelled and voided.

The Company, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers do not warrant that the software or Website is fit for purpose or free from errors, and do not warrant uninterrupted access. They shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses, or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental, arising from Your use of the Website or participation in games.
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any costs, expenses, losses, damages, claims, and liabilities arising from Your use of the Website or participation in games.
You acknowledge that the Company is the final decision-maker on whether You have violated these Terms and Conditions in a way that results in suspension or permanent exclusion from the Website.
Use of Player Account
Only one Account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Creating multiple Accounts may result in termination of all such Accounts. Players must not share their Account access with any third party, including minors.
Any winnings, returns, or bonuses earned while a duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by Us, and Players agree to return such funds on request.
The Website may only be used for personal purposes and not for any form of commercial gain.
You are eligible for bonuses on a per-account basis, meaning no more than one of each bonus per user, IP address, device, family, residential address, phone number, credit or debit card, e-payment account, email address, or shared computer environment.
Anti-Fraud Policy
The Company operates a strict anti-fraud policy and uses various detection tools and techniques. If a Player is suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
Colluding with other players
Using strategies designed to gain unfair winnings
Fraudulent activity against other online casinos or payment providers
Initiating chargebacks or denying payments
Creating two or more accounts
Any other form of cheating
or if the Player is declared bankrupt in their country of residence, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Account and suspend all payouts. This decision is at the Company’s sole discretion and the Player will not be notified of the reasons. The Company also reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to applicable regulatory bodies.
The Company has zero tolerance for advantage play. Any Player who attempts to gain an unfair advantage from welcome offers or other promotions agrees that the Company may void bonuses and any related winnings in cases of:
Use of stolen payment cards
Chargebacks
Creating more than one account to take advantage of promotions
Providing false registration information
Any other actions that may cause harm to the Company
The Company reserves the right to close Your Account and refund the balance, minus applicable withdrawal charges, at its absolute discretion and without obligation to give a reason or prior notice.
To verify a Player’s Account, We require identity documents (ID, payment records, utility bills, etc.) in Latin or Cyrillic script. If a Player cannot provide documents in those scripts, the Company reserves the right to request video verification.
We may request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in Account termination and/or funds being held. Winnings may be withheld and original deposits returned.
The Company reserves the right to retain payments where there is suspicion or evidence of system manipulation. Criminal charges may be brought against anyone found to have manipulated or attempted to manipulate the Website.
If You become aware of any errors or gaps in the software, You agree not to take advantage of them and to report them to the Company immediately. Failure to do so gives the Company the right to claim full compensation for all related costs.
If You request a withdrawal and the total bets placed since Your last deposit are less than three times the deposit amount, We reserve the right to charge You the costs of transaction processing for that deposit and withdrawal. This is at the Company’s sole discretion.
You accept that We reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques, including fraudulent transaction detection, automated registration, and screen capture methods. This may include examination of device properties, geolocation detection, IP masking detection, and blockchain analysis.
Depositing
The Website accepts a variety of payment methods, including VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards, as well as alternative payment options. Contact our support team at [email protected] to find out which methods are most suited to Canadian players.
The Company does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must only be made from bank accounts, cards, e-wallets, or other payment methods registered in Your own name. If a security check reveals a breach of this condition, winnings will be withheld and the original deposit returned to the owner of the payment account. The Company is not responsible for funds deposited from third-party accounts.
The minimum deposit amount is CAD 20 or the equivalent. The maximum deposit depends on the payment method chosen.
Deposited funds are subject to a minimum 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is CAD 20 or the equivalent. The maximum depends on the payment method used. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, it will be paid out in installments.
The Company reserves the right to verify Your identity before processing a withdrawal and to hold funds during that process. If false or incomplete personal data is provided, the withdrawal may be refused and/or the Account terminated, with notification sent by email.
All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
For Visa, the following countries are not supported: USA, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore.
For Mastercard, only the following countries are supported: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and United Kingdom.
Even for supported countries, the Company cannot guarantee successful card payment processing in all cases, as issuing banks may block or decline transactions at their own discretion.
The amount charged to Your card may be slightly higher than displayed at the time of the transaction due to currency conversions applied by Your bank or the Company’s payment processor.
All bank transfer payouts are processed within three banking days. In exceptional cases, bank transfers may be subject to additional charges from intermediary banks, capped at the equivalent of CAD 25. These charges are outside the Company’s control.
The maximum withdrawal processed to a player is CAD 10,000 per week and CAD 20,000 per month, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made for Players with a higher VIP level at the Company’s sole discretion.
If You win more than CAD 20,000, the Company reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of up to CAD 20,000 until the full amount is paid out.
The maximum amount the Company is obliged to pay in respect of any single bet or spin, including any bonus round or free spin, is capped at CAD 400,000 (the “Maximum Win Limit”). This does not apply to progressive jackpot winnings. You acknowledge that in some cases your staking level may allow you to win above this limit, and that the Company has the right to remove any amount above the Maximum Win Limit from Your Account and pay only up to that limit.
All progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
In any case covered by this section, the Company may at its sole discretion terminate the Account due to suspected fraud and refund the most recent deposit minus 20% charged as a transaction fee.
Account holders must not allow third parties to use their Account for deposits or withdrawals. If the Company finds that a personal account (bank account, wallet, or crypto wallet) is being used by two or more Players, it may terminate all associated accounts and cancel current winnings and bonuses. Affected Players must provide valid personal accounts for settlement within 7 days of notification, with 20% deducted as a settlement fee. If no valid account is provided within that period, deposits will be seized by the Company.
The Company is not a financial institution. Your account does not earn interest and no currency conversion or exchange services are offered.
Selling or Transferring Claims to Third Parties
Users are not permitted to sell or legally transfer any claims, rights, or entitlements they may hold against the Company to a third party without the Company’s prior written approval. This applies to all claims, rights, or entitlements related to the Company’s services, products, or websites.
Dormant Accounts
A dormant account is a Player Account that has not been logged into or out of for twelve consecutive months. If Your Account is deemed inactive, the Company reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of CAD 15 or the equivalent in another currency, or the current account balance if it is lower, for as long as the balance remains positive.
You authorize the Company to deduct this fee from Your Account at the start of the month following the date Your Account is deemed inactive, and at the start of each subsequent month that Your Account remains inactive. Deductions stop when the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.
Free Spin and Bonus Rules
Free spins that require a deposit, activated by coupon code or by the support team, come with a 40x wagering requirement and a maximum withdrawal limit of CAD 3,000.
Free spins that do not require a deposit, activated by coupon code or by the support team, come with a 40x wagering requirement and a maximum withdrawal limit of CAD 130.
Players may not use two consecutive sets of free spins without making a deposit between them.
When bonus and deposit amounts are combined, bonus rules apply to the full balance.

Winnings from bets placed using an active bonus that has not been completed or has been cancelled will be withheld due to a breach of bonus rules
Winnings from bets placed on games excluded from the bonus terms will be withheld due to invalid bonus use
A bonus is automatically cancelled if the account balance falls below 1 or reaches zero. This rule does not apply to players with an active sports bet

Complaints

Complaints are handled by the support department and escalated within the Company if not resolved immediately. You will be kept informed of the status of your complaint to a reasonable degree.
